厦门大学“五路并进”加强课程思政建设

厦门大学(xue)认真学(xue)习(xi)贯彻习(xi)近平总(zong)书(shu)记(ji)关于教(jiao)育的重要论述特别是习(xi)近平总(zong)书(shu)记(ji)致学(xue)校建(jian)校100周(zhou)年(nian)的重要贺信精神,聚(ju)焦(jiao)培养什(shen)么人(ren)、怎样培养人(ren)、为谁培养人(ren)根本问题,将思想政(zheng)(zheng)治教(jiao)育贯穿人(ren)才培养体系,大力推进课(ke)程思政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)设,抓紧抓实(shi)组织领导(dao)、课(ke)程教(jiao)学(xue)、示(shi)范带动、队伍建(jian)设、考核评价等重点环(huan)节,不断(duan)完(wan)善(shan)课(ke)程思政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)设体制机制,促进课(ke)程思政(zheng)(zheng)与思政(zheng)(zheng)课(ke)程同(tong)向同(tong)行、同(tong)频共(gong)振(zhen),切实(shi)提升立德树人(ren)成效(xiao)。

紧握“领导权”,构(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)联动(dong)化工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)机制。成(cheng)立(li)(li)由学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)党(dang)委书(shu)记(ji)和校(xiao)长共同担任组(zu)长的课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)领导小组(zu),建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)“党(dang)委统(tong)一(yi)领导、党(dang)政(zheng)齐抓(zhua)共管、职能部门(men)组(zu)织协调、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)落实(shi)推(tui)进(jin)”的上下联动(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)体系,统(tong)筹(chou)加强课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)的组(zu)织与(yu)实(shi)施(shi)。出(chu)台《厦门(men)大学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)实(shi)施(shi)方案(an)》,明确学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)指导思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)想、目标任务、重(zhong)点内(nei)容、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)举措等,对全面推(tui)进(jin)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)系统(tong)安排,确保各项(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任务落地见效。修订人(ren)才培(pei)养(yang)方案(an),将思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)育要求体现在(zai)所有专(zhuan)业(ye)的培(pei)养(yang)方案(an)中,推(tui)进(jin)专(zhuan)业(ye)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)与(yu)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)育紧密结合(he)。各学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)成(cheng)立(li)(li)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)小组(zu),制定本学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)实(shi)施(shi)方案(an),明确时(shi)间表和路线(xian)图,分(fen)类分(fen)步(bu)有序(xu)推(tui)进(jin)。成(cheng)立(li)(li)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心,以(yi)马克思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)义理论(lun)、教(jiao)育学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)级(ji)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科为依托(tuo),汇聚全校(xiao)各学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)力量,深(shen)入(ru)推(tui)动(dong)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)理论(lun)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)与(yu)实(shi)践探(tan)索。设(she)立(li)(li)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)专(zhuan)项(xiang)经(jing)费,已(yi)累(lei)计投入(ru)540余万元,支(zhi)持(chi)开展示范课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)、教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)、培(pei)训交(jiao)流等,为课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)提供有力保障。

抓好(hao)“主战场(chang)”,建(jian)设立体(ti)化课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)体(ti)系。系统梳理(li)各类课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)内(nei)容(rong),深入挖掘思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育元素,明确(que)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)设的(de)重(zhong)点(dian)和要求,不(bu)(bu)断(duan)优化以(yi)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)为引领、以(yi)专业(ye)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)为核心(xin)、以(yi)通(tong)识课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)为拓(tuo)展(zhan)、以(yi)实践(jian)类课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)为补充(chong)的(de)“1+3”思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育体(ti)系,促进(jin)知(zhi)识传(chuan)授(shou)与(yu)价(jia)值引领融为一(yi)体(ti)。持续(xu)深化思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)“专题教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)+网络教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)+实践(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)”的(de)三位一(yi)体(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)模(mo)式改(gai)革(ge),推进(jin)习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)进(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材进(jin)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂进(jin)头脑,结合鲜(xian)活的(de)事(shi)例(li)和生动的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)增强(qiang)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)亲(qin)和力(li)和引领力(li)。分类推进(jin)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)改(gai)革(ge),引导各院系根据不(bu)(bu)同(tong)专业(ye)的(de)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)特点(dian)、思(si)(si)(si)维方(fang)法和价(jia)值理(li)念,编制专业(ye)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)指南,明确(que)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)专业(ye)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)目(mu)标、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)内(nei)容(rong)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)方(fang)法,将(jiang)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)写进(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)大(da)纲(gang)。加强(qiang)线(xian)上(shang)线(xian)下(xia)集体(ti)备(bei)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),打造“一(yi)院一(yi)特色”的(de)课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)矩阵,不(bu)(bu)断(duan)提升课(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)设质量。

拓宽“主渠道(dao)”,打造(zao)精(jing)品化教学(xue)(xue)样板。由学(xue)(xue)校党(dang)委书记(ji)和(he)校长讲授(shou)“开学(xue)(xue)第一课(ke)(ke)”,引导新(xin)生坚(jian)定(ding)理想信念,明确规划(hua)目(mu)(mu)(mu)标;以“四(si)史”学(xue)(xue)习、“家国情怀”通识(shi)课(ke)(ke)程为发(fa)力点,打造(zao)“嘉庚(geng)精(jing)神”“思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)对(dui)话(hua) 百年史光(guang)”“认识(shi)中国”“匠心筑梦”等(deng)系(xi)列精(jing)品课(ke)(ke)程,激励(li)学(xue)(xue)生弘扬光(guang)荣传统、争做时代新(xin)人。充分利用区(qu)域内红(hong)色资(zi)源(yuan),以长征精(jing)神等(deng)为主题,深入开展“传承红(hong)色基因(yin) 讲好福建(jian)故事(shi)”红(hong)色教育。实施课(ke)(ke)程思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)示范(fan)工程,立(li)项(xiang)建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)经济学(xue)(xue)、法学(xue)(xue)、生态学(xue)(xue)等(deng)10个示范(fan)专业,推(tui)(tui)出(chu)188门(men)示范(fan)课(ke)(ke)程,设(she)(she)(she)(she)立(li)25个教学(xue)(xue)研(yan)究项(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),实现示范(fan)项(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)学(xue)(xue)院全覆(fu)盖(gai)。加大先进典型(xing)选(xuan)树(shu)和(he)宣传力度(du),利用学(xue)(xue)校官(guan)网、微信公众(zhong)号(hao)、短视频号(hao)等(deng)融媒(mei)体传播平(ping)台(tai),专题展示20余门(men)示范(fan)课(ke)(ke)程的建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)亮点与成效。建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)“案(an)(an)例(li)+微课(ke)(ke)”优质资(zi)源(yuan)库,汇编覆(fu)盖(gai)12个学(xue)(xue)科门(men)类的课(ke)(ke)程思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)案(an)(an)例(li)集,积极推(tui)(tui)广(guang)典型(xing)经验和(he)特色做法,带动学(xue)(xue)校课(ke)(ke)程思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)水平(ping)整体提(ti)升。

抓牢“主(zhu)力(li)军”,建(jian)(jian)强(qiang)一体(ti)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)队伍。建(jian)(jian)立(li)完善广覆盖、长链条、多(duo)维度的课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)训(xun)体(ti)系,将课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)纳(na)入新进教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)训(xun)、骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)修、课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)创新培(pei)(pei)训(xun)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)导师(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)训(xun)等工(gong)作(zuo),着力(li)提升专业课(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)(jian)设的意(yi)识和能力(li)。搭(da)建(jian)(jian)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)交(jiao)(jiao)流学(xue)(xue)习(xi)平台(tai),积极开(kai)展专题(ti)报告、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)沙龙(long)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)作(zuo)坊、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)比赛等各类竞赛交(jiao)(jiao)流活(huo)动(dong),引导教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)厚植思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)育(yu)人理(li)念,提升课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)水(shui)平。构建(jian)(jian)“专业学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)+马(ma)克(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)义(yi)(yi)学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)/教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)”课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)(jian)设联合体(ti),推动(dong)马(ma)克(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)义(yi)(yi)学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)与(yu)其他学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)“结对”交(jiao)(jiao)流,合力(li)打造示范(fan)课(ke)(ke)堂、优秀案例,携手(shou)开(kai)展课(ke)(ke)题(ti)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)、论(lun)文撰写等。落实集体(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)制度,组(zu)织(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)组(zu)加强(qiang)常态(tai)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),开(kai)展课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)专题(ti)研(yan)(yan)(yan)讨、集体(ti)备课(ke)(ke)、示范(fan)观摩等。设立(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)项目,引导教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)加强(qiang)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)建(jian)(jian)设重(zhong)点难点和前(qian)瞻性问(wen)题(ti)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),积极探(tan)索不同学(xue)(xue)科专业开(kai)展课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)的规(gui)律(lv)与(yu)模式(shi),推动(dong)把理(li)论(lun)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果转(zhuan)化为改革实践成(cheng)效。
